Monday & Wednesday 1-5pm at Yoga Kula in Chapel Allerton, Leeds

Thursday 3-7pm & Friday 1-5pm at Good Health Centre in Roundhay, Leeds

Is there parking?

There is a private car park on Well Lane behind the building with designated parking spaces for Yoga Kula. Please ask at reception for a car parking pass. On street parking is also available, but please note there is limited waiting time for spaces on Harrogate Road in front of the entrance.

Good Health Centre has its own private car park.

How long do sessions last?

Yoga Kula : Sports & Remedial Massage – 50 mins, Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage – 1 hr, Reflexology – 45 mins

Good Health Centre : Sports & Remedial Massage – 30, 40 & 60 mins, Pregnancy – 1 hr, Reflexology – 60 mins

What do you charge?

Prices are dependent on session length and clinic attended.

Please note missed or cancelled appointments within 48 hours may result in cancellation fees.

What will happen when I arrive?

Yoga Kula: There is a buzzer to let you up to reception, you will be welcomed into the studio waiting area where you will be required to fill out some initial paperwork.

Good Health Centre: You will be greeted by receptionists who will ask you to fill out a consultation form and wait in reception.

What shall I wear?

Please wear clothing you would be comfortable to lie down in giving good access to areas being worked on. Loose fitting shorts (not cycling shorts/tight lycra) are advisable if you are having legs worked on.
