Yoga classes on demand

 

Wanting to share my knowledge of working with injuries for better movement and alignment I qualified as a RYT-200 yoga teacher during lockdown. These classes focus on movement with alignment:

PAID Yoga classes:

Shoulder LOVE – 30 min class 

Lower back care – 60 min class 

Hatha yoga – 60 min class
