My goal has always been to work with the body rather than against it.

This principle has followed from my therapies through to my yoga teaching. Becoming a RYT-200 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International has allowed me to further assist others through movement with alignment.

Following a bicycle accident in 2011, breaking 18 bones including my neck and dominant right hand, I have become pain free and qualified as a yoga teacher. I want to share my knowledge of working with injuries for better movement and alignment. 

This online yoga course focuses on working with four key body areas with tips for alignment to allow pain-free movement. It is suitable for all levels, from new to long-term yogis.
